District Manager

We are a dynamic and financially stable juniors and tween retailer that is growing across the USA and is looking for an experienced District Manager due to company expantion nationally.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is a people position. It's all about the finding, selecting, training, growing, mentoring and holding accountable of each employee within the District. It is also a detail oriented, hands on position where you lead by example and as DM you can run a store in a pinch if you need to. The Sales, Payroll, Inventory Losses, and Employee Turnover are critical as is the ability to instill routines into each of your teams. Strong merchandising/visual skills are important as is a complete understanding of the juniors apparel market and trends.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Two or more years in multi-unit district management experience in retail clothing / hard line in juniors specialty store is a MUST- with expertise in training, merchandising, recruiting, sales and customer service. Apparel background a must. Ability to travel by car is a must.
